CANCELLATION POLICY
I ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. There will not be a fee if done beforehand. No shows and day of cancellation will be charged 100% of services, late cancelations within 72 hours will be charged 25% , within 48 hours will be charged 50% of services booked and late cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 80% of services booked. Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit. The deposit goes towards the remaining balance of your appointment. It is NOT transferable if you reschedule or cancel your appointment. Rescheduling means you lose your deposit and in order to book another appointment you have to make a new deposit. I appreciate and love everyone of you & Thank you all for understanding.
